EnM session. Navigating the musculoskeletal health through aging and metabolic derangement Day 3, Saturday, April 13, 08:30-10:00 / Room 3 (B2) Overview
Endocrinology and Metabolism (EnM) is the official journal of the Korean Endocrine Society and a leading journal in the global field of endocrinology. The EnM session, titled ‘Navigating the musculoskeletal health through aging and metabolic derangement,’ will feature four presentations. Prof. Joshua Nicholas Farr will explore skeletal senescence associated with aging and type 2 diabetes, and Prof. Seung Eun Lee will discuss the impact of diabetic kidney disease on bone health. Prof. Junghoon Ha will present his research on the effects of various anti-diabetic medications on bone health, and Prof. Seong Hee Ahn will discuss the role of sclerostin in bone and muscle.
