Poster Oral Presentation session consists of BOTH an Oral Presentation and a E-Poster Exhibition.
Therefore, presenters are required to submit two separate files:

Presentation Template A (Poster Oral): For your oral presentation slides. (16:9)
Presentation Template B (Poster File): For the E-poster exhibition display. (3:4)

Since you will be presenting on stage and displaying your poster, submission of BOTH templates is mandatory.

Poster oral presentation length

Each presenter will be given 7 minutes in total. This will comprise a 5-minute presentation, followed by a 2-minute Q&A session.

* Poster oral presenters should submit their E-posters, in addition to slide presentations (6 slides - to be submitted at Preview room only)

Language

The presentation should be in English, which is the official language of instruction of SICEM 2026.

Poster display

Posters will be displayed with a 3:4 aspect ratio.

Guidelines to create and submit your poster

A. Slide Preparation and Submission

1. Presentations should be prepared in English and formatted as Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx) files with a 16:9 aspect ratio.

2. The number of slides is strictly limited to 6 pages.

3. All oral & poster oral presenters must visit the preview room before their session to verify and upload their presentation files.

B. Guidelines for Poster file and Submission

1. Template Usage: Please use the provided poster template for uniformity and adherence to congress standards.

2. Language and Format: Posters should be prepared in English and must be submitted as a single-slide MS PowerPoint (.pptx) file.

3. File Naming Format: Save your file using the following format: [Submission Number_Category_Name]
※E.g. SICEM 2026_EF0293_Diabetes/Obesity/Lipid (clinical)

Withdrawals

If you wish to withdraw your abstract, please request the withdrawal by sending an email to the secretariat as soon as possible.
