Oral presentation length

Each presenter will be given 10 minutes in total. This will comprise a 7-minute presentation, followed by a 3-minute Q&A session.

Language

The presentation should be in English, which is the official language of instruction of SICEM 2025.

Guidelines to create and submit a presentation file Presentation template

We recommend preparing your presentation in English and creating the file in MS PowerPoint format (.pptx) with a 16:9 aspect ratio.
The number of slides are strictly limited to 10pages.
All presenters must visit the preview room to check and upload their presentation files ahead of their session.

Withdrawals

If you wish to withdraw your abstract, please request the withdrawal by sending an email to the secretariat as soon as possible.
